Welcome to Ofetech Logistic. By accessing or using our website and platform at ofetechlogistic.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

1. About Ofetech Logistic

Ofetech Logistic ("Ofetech," "we," "us," or "our") operates a technology platform that connects shippers (individuals and businesses needing delivery services) with independent drivers (vehicle owners providing delivery services). Ofetech is a technology intermediary and is not itself a transportation carrier.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

3. Shipper Terms

As a shipper, you agree to:

• Provide accurate pickup and drop-off information for each delivery
• Ensure packages are properly prepared, labeled, and legally permissible to transport
• Not ship prohibited items including but not limited to: hazardous materials, illegal substances, firearms, or live animals
• Pay for delivery services at the rates agreed upon at the time of booking
• Be available or have a representative available at pickup and delivery locations at the agreed times

4. Driver Terms

As a driver, you agree to:

• Maintain a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and adequate insurance at all times
• Keep your vehicle in safe, road-worthy condition
• Complete accepted deliveries in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate proof of delivery (POD) upon completion
• Comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations
• Not engage in fraudulent activity or misrepresent delivery status

Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of Ofetech Logistic. You are solely responsible for your taxes, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws.

5. Payments and Fees

Shippers are charged based on delivery distance, package type, and vehicle size. All pricing is displayed before booking confirmation. Ofetech collects payments from shippers and disburses earnings to drivers after deducting applicable platform fees. All fees are disclosed transparently within the platform.

6. Cancellations

Shippers may cancel a delivery before a driver has accepted the job without charge. Cancellations after driver acceptance may incur a cancellation fee. Drivers who repeatedly cancel accepted jobs may have their accounts suspended.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

Ofetech Logistic acts solely as a technology platform connecting shippers and drivers. We do not guarantee delivery times, and we are not liable for:

• Loss or damage to shipments caused by drivers or third parties
• Delays due to traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
• Actions or omissions of independent drivers

Our platform and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ofetech's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific delivery giving rise to the claim.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Circumvent the platform by arranging direct payments outside of Ofetech
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
• Attempt to access, disrupt, or damage our systems
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions or bans
• Post false reviews or misrepresent your identity

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a safety risk. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at info@ofetechlogistic.com.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Ofetech Logistic and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

11. Privacy

Your use of our platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wake County, North Carolina.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
